This project demonstrates the importance of transparent communication and adaptability for success. Working with the Roche team, this works wonderfully, allowing for the continuous implementation of requests and new ideas to find the best possible solution. This requires trust and passion on both sides.
The result is smart and looks simple. The path to get there is definitely more complex. Orchestration of various interfaces, automated AE reporting, daily data retrieval and synchronization with internal databases and integration into the dashboard, automated labeling and analysis based on a LMM, summaries by AI and automatic translation of key insights.
