Our solution

Over several weeks, we followed young consumers in their daily lives with a research community to uncover their chocolate rituals. Through interaction with them, prompted by new concepts, competitor products, communication tools, creative tasks, and more, we laid the foundation for a comprehensive insights handbook. Furthermore, we were directly involved in the development of new products and initiatives.
